Good morning,

i entered Thailand on a 60 day tourist visa and i am now on the 30 days extension.

Am i able to get another extension on that as i am needing 10 days more before i fly out (ticket already fixed)?

You can try applying for the Covid extension. That's about the only option you have. And be prepared to leave earlier than planned if they deny your application as approval is up to the discretion of the immigration officer. Bring proof of your departing flight with you as it may help your case.
