TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking advice for a friend whose 30-day exempt visa is about to expire on March 29, 2020, and is unable to return home due to travel restrictions caused by COVID-19. Suggested options include contacting their consulate for a letter regarding travel issues and applying for a 30-day emergency extension at the immigration office.
