Hello!

I arrived to Thailand on 11 March on visa exemption and i did one extension already until 9 of May. My flight to go back my country in the begin of May was canceled again. My question is if still i can do a emergency extension 30 days with the embassy's letter that allow me to stay until 8 of June.

If still i can do, where i should to go Chanwattana or Muang Thon Tani?

I have already the embassy's letter issued before the "amnesty"

Thank you for your advise.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring if they can still obtain a 30-day emergency extension in Thailand using an embassy letter, as their original flight was canceled. Responses indicate that current COVID-19 amnesty measures may render such extensions based on embassy letters invalid, suggesting that no further extensions can be processed in this manner at this time.

Ben has given you advice based upon what we know now.

There are still flights to Europe and Spain connections from Bangkok.

No, the Amnesty overrides the Extension of Stay based on COVID-19. The embassy letter are no longer being issued and can not be used to get an extension of stay.

It is unknown what will happen after April 30th.

My advice is to watch this group and trusted newspapers for updates.
