I am currently on Non-O based on marriage first 90-day entry. I am scheduled to leave 11th March and I had a trip planned which I need to cancel now. I have only put the 400k in to my Thai Bank today, so it will not be seasoned for the full 2 mths before March 11.
Question I guess is can my local immigration give me a 60 day extension to be able to then process my 1 year extension in April instead to save me having to leave?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is on a Non-O visa based on marriage and is looking for a 60-day extension to allow time for their bank funds to season, which is required before applying for a 1-year visa extension. Comments suggest that a 60-day family visit extension is available and highlight the need to bring proof of relationship and a TM.30 receipt to the local immigration office for the application. It's important to confirm the local office's policies regarding the extension.

Go talk to your immigration office and see if they will give you the 60-day extension and what criteria they want to issue it because that's the only thing that will buy you the time to season your funds the two months required before you apply for the year extension
You can apply for a 60-day family visit extension to wait for your funds to be secured for two months.
Remember, many offices let this 60-day family visit extension start on the day of application. While some "add" to your current Non-O entry stamp.
You need to take your wife along with her ID and blue book copy, proof of relationship, and proof of address (TM.30).
Check with your local office before you submit the paperwork about their policy on a 60-day family visit extension (not a marriage to a Thai extension).
