Yeah, I think you can as I have had one recently before I applied for my Non O for marriage. I also had my funds dip below by about 20thb once and they still made me start the 2 months again, but rules are rules I suppose

Some Immigration Offices only allow once the 60 day family visit during the complete period after getting the original visa,

give you a new 60 day Extension of Stay on each entry.

Visit your Immigration Office and ask if you can apply for this depending on your history

as long as you haven't had one since you entered thailand last you should be okay getting it

OR

you could ask if they will give you a 60 day covid extension too and save that one 60 day visit thai family extension
