TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently on a non-immigrant type O marriage extension and is seeking to extend their visa while working abroad. They inquire if they can obtain a 1-year multiple entry Non-O visa based on marriage from a neighboring country, rather than a 90-day single entry. A commenter informs them that it is possible to obtain a 1-year multiple entry Non-O visa in Savannakhet or Ho Chi Minh City without the need for financial proofs.
