Can I renew my Non-O visa every 3 months if I can't extend it for a year?

My 1-year Non-O extension runs out next month. This time I may not be able to extend a Non-O for 1 year again. Am I right in thinking that I can still get a Non-O every 3 months if needed? I know there's a limit on how many tourist visas you can get, but am I right in thinking there's no such limit on a Non-O? (I'm married to a Thai).

Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is inquiring about the possibility of renewing their Non-O visa every 3 months if they cannot extend it for a year based on their marriage to a Thai national. They want to confirm the lack of limits on Non-O visa applications compared to tourist visas. Oh! Even better, thanks. So if I go to Savanakhet I can get the 1 year without the 400k?

's advice about the year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa. You only get stamped in for 90 days and then you have to exit/re-enter the country to get another 90 day stamp. You do that for the whole year the visa is valid for.

Just to let you know, if you were unaware, you will get a 1 year multi entry visa. Border bounces every 90 days. Not a 1 year extension.

You can apply for the 1 year Non Immigrant O visa based on marriage without financial requirements at Ho Chi Minh, Savanakhet or Seoel.
