TLDR : Answer Summary
A family traveling from Namibia inquired about the possibility of applying for a Visa on Arrival in Thailand after not receiving their tourist visas before their flight on February 23rd. Responses confirmed that they can obtain a Visa on Arrival for 2,000 baht each, allowing a stay of 15 days. Additionally, it was suggested that they may still be able to activate their tourist visa later upon receipt, considering they can prove the application was made while in Namibia.

Are you travelling on Namibian passports?

As you will be able to prove that you applied for your tourist visa while you were present and also left from Namibia, you’ll probably be able to do a border bounce and activate your tourist visa when you receive it also if you need/want more time as well.
