Visa on arrival from ten U.K. Is this still available or has it been stopped? Seen a few places it was stopped until end of September but not 100% sure. Anyone heard about it being stopped?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original inquiry asks whether the visa on arrival for UK citizens to Thailand is still available or if it has been stopped. It has been clarified that the UK does not have a visa on arrival agreement with Thailand; instead, UK citizens receive a visa exemption stamp valid for 30 days upon arrival. While current travel conditions are heavily influenced by pandemic restrictions, confirming travel rules for the future, such as September timelines, remains challenging given the dynamic situation surrounding international travel and immigration policies.

Oh come on man. Surely you must know that there is almost no country in the world gonna let in UK people anytime soon. I don’t believe anyone can be so ignorant to not know this ...

Not only that, no country really knows what they are going to do until last minute in this pandemic, so asking about September in June is like asking about the winning lotto number for next week.

UK are already talking with Italy, Spain and France for travel, so for someone living in the UK, maybe its not so unreasonable to ask if they don't read Thai fb pages daily for visas.

own your ignorance instead of trying to put it on me dude. You can become smarter but it requires admitting you’re being an idiot before you can fix it. By the by, when you attack the person who is calling you out on something by inventing imaginary thing about them instead of focusing on the issue, thats an ad hominem logical fallacy and its not a good look

Mark Coleman that Carlos is a bit of a highly strung bell end 😂 needs to get himself on Prozac or some shit, maybe his boyfriend dumped him today. Multiple countries borders are opening very shortly and welcoming UK citizens. Primarily European countries at first.

Mark Coleman I hope it is. Theres 2 basic rules to interneting.

1- make sure the question your asking is not super dumb

2- check the group to see if your “question” hasnt been asking loads of times in the last 24 hours.

You dont want to be called out on stupidity and I/we dont want to see the stupidity.

Its on you to not do it in the first place. Im not being unreasonable.

Hope this helps you in the future.

haha. You are in a group which is based around 95% of people asking visa related questions. And you are getting pissed seeing people ask visa related questions 😆 now whether it is a valid question or not, is it really worth getting pissed off about? I hope when I log in tomorrow 5-10 people ask the same type of question lol seriously tho, it’s a question. Whether it’s valid or not. Calm down

if it’s getting at you that bad then lay off coming on Facebook so much. You got anger issues or if you don’t know when to log off then just lay off Facebook for a bit. And is there really any need to start calling people thick?! Man you really need to chill. You sound like a cool calm dude lol and a lot of fun 😂

cmon mate . You MUST know that

1- UK people cant go ANYWHERE

2- no one can tell you what will the travel rules be next week let alone 3 months from now.

You really want to stick to your guns that this is a valid question?

At best it’s incredibly lazy and ignorant and at worst its asinine

Trolling.

Should I chill or should you get a fuckn clue?

this isn't true, there are quite a number of places UK people can travel, including much of Europe but also some places outside, such as Mexico, Jamaica, Ecuador, Bangladesh, UAE, South Korea, French Polynesia, Cambodia. Any of the places outside of Europe usually with a raft of restrictions but some are possible.

you wrote "UK people cant go ANYWHERE". This simply isn't true. Many European countries have reopened to them with very few restrictions, no need to be a diplomat.

It's a reasonable question, not everyone lives here or knows and this is the group specifically for it, no need to blast people for not having the right information and then respond with misinformation yourself.

The odd Random place with insane requirements,

and the one posting wasn't asking about coming in visa exempt in September. He stated that he had heard that this wasn't going to be possible until September. He asked for clarification of this. But instead you got the wrong end of the stick, didn't understand what was being asked, then went off on a heated rant making yourself look foolish

there is questions and there is unthinking retarded questions. Try to be in the former category or before you post a question scroll through the group for 5 seconds and see that your asking stuff that has been ridiculed 5-10 times in the last day or so. Or idk try watching the news like once a month.
