Can the visa on arrival be extended?  How to apply, thank you, my visa on arrival can only stay for 15 days, but I want to stay for two months

No visa on arrival cannot be extended. Some offices will allow you to apply for an extension, but will deny it and give you a stamp to leave within 7 days. Whether you interpret this as a 7 day extension is up to you.
