Work Permit Advise:

Can a work permit be extended 6 months in advanced? Example: Expiration of my work permit is May 2019, but needs to extend for 3 months until August 2019.

I usually do my visa back in my home country every August (multiple entry Non-B) but this year, I only got a single entry with their new rule that the permit has to be the same month at least as the visa. So I was only granted single entry and planning to extend by next month as well that would match my work permit validity.

Is the 3 month extension of the permit possible as early as next month if the expiry is 6 months from now?

Thanks :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on whether they can extend their work permit in Thailand three months in advance, despite the permit expiring in six months. They mention needing to coordinate their work permit and visa expiration dates, as their current visa is a single entry Non-B due to new regulations that require the visa to match the permit's validity period.
