Good day everyone!
Right now, I’m on an ”Under Consideration” stamp, from having a non-b (teaching). (Changed schools, cancelled my previous work permit) I’m supposed to come back on the 15th of May to get a 30 day covid extension of stay. My question is, can I apply for the 1 year non b extension before the 15th? (My new work permit application’s all ready)
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about their eligibility to apply for a one-year non-B visa extension while currently holding an 'Under Consideration' stamp after switching schools and canceling their previous work permit. Responses clarified that they cannot apply for a new extension until resolving their current stamp issue, emphasizing the importance of waiting until the required date to proceed with their work permit.
