I would like to know which agencies can help with switching from a DTV (what I have now) to Non-B visa and a work permit (what I want). I know what some other people have paid so if you’re an agency that is going to give me a quote of like ฿50,000 please don’t bother commenting on this post. Let me know, Thanks!

Just apply for soft power. Same 5 year visa. Much easier if you’ve got enough money

First off you can't apply for a 'workation' as you have no business which only leaves soft power courses as your choices.

If your future business will be focusing on relocation to Thailand then that will most likely be unacceptable as a remote working option as it centers around Thailand and I'd assume that it's very difficult to manage a relocation business without involving Thai company's such as real estate etc.
