Just read a post about visa extension about the extensions.

We are here on a multi visa from the UK, we have 60 days then we can extend by another 30 before we have to leave the country.

As we have an evisa that we had prior to arrival can we extend this online without having to go to immigration please ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the possibility of extending their Thai eVisa online without visiting an immigration office. The responses indicate that it is not possible to complete the extension online; a visit to a local Thai immigration office is required to obtain the 30-day extension. Printed documentation of the eVisa is necessary for the application process, and there are additional costs associated with the extension.

you make sure you PRINT out that eVisa PDF they emailed you, that IS your visa and you need to give them a copy of it when you apply for the 30 day extension at the immigration office

The new online extension process is pretty much a farce and does nothing except conveniently take your money in advance, you must still go to the immigration office in person to get your stamp.

Even if you’re in Bangkok (where you could use the e-extension system) you still have to go to immigration, queue and wait for the stamp. Can’t see any advantage of the online system as yet. It’s more expensive than not using it and you still have to go to immigration anyway.

No, you need to visit the local Thai immigration office in your area to obtain the 30 day extension of stay. Fee is 1900 Thai baht. The 30 days are ADDED to your current stamped in expiration date.
