Hello,

I am on a UK passport and have just cancelled my work permit and non B visa.

We went to Mae sai and for a 30 day visa as we have business to sort out etc.

Can someone tell me if it is possible to extend this visa for another 30 days at an immigration office in Thailand or would we have to leave Thailand to get a different visa ?

Thank you in advance !

TLDR : Answer Summary
A UK passport holder with a 30-day visa exemption can extend their stay for an additional 30 days at an immigration office in Thailand for a fee of ฿1,900. This can be done without needing to leave the country.
