I would like to ask about yearly extension of non-o (spouse) visa.
I understand that there are 2 ways to do so, which are (i) 400K THB saving in bank for 2 months; or (ii) monthly income of 40k.
If I am employed in Thailand with full time basis (with vaild work permit), do I have to extend non-o visa with option (ii)? Or does immigration office still allow me to extend my visa with option (i) also?
I look forward to your kind advice on this matter.
Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The annual extension of a non-O (spouse) visa in Thailand can be done using either a bank savings option of 400,000 THB for 2 months or a monthly income of 40,000 THB. If you are employed in Thailand with a valid work permit, you have the flexibility to choose either option for extending your visa. Additionally, there is a third method that allows those working in Thailand to use their Thai income, evidenced by income tax payments for the last 3 months, to meet the financial requirements.
