TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires whether it is possible to extend their expired NON-O-A visa based on marriage while remaining in Thailand, as their permit to stay is valid until January 7, 2021. A commenter advises visiting the immigration office with their Thai spouse to obtain the requirements for a marriage-based extension, which includes meeting financial criteria and submitting documentation, to receive a temporary extension while the application is processed.

Go with your thai wife to the immigration office that you use and get the hand out listing the requirements for a yearly extension based on marriage to a thai national.

Meet the financial requirements, turn in the documentation, photos, etc, pay 1900baht and you'll get a 30 day under consideration stamp, during that time they'll usually come to your house and do an in home visit, then you go back and get the year extension inked into your passport.

You can apply for a new extension at most immigration offices when you have 30 days or less left on your current stamp so any time AFTER Dec 8th
