I would like to do the extension of my non imm O visa as trailing spouse to match my Husband’s non imm O-A visa. We arrived on the 9th October. Can I do it now or do I have to wait closer to the 6th January? What documents do I need to take in addition to my authenticated marriage certificate and passport? Do I need a TM30, copy of lease? This will be at Phuket Town immigration. Originating country is NZ. Thanks for your help. I have searched the group for a document that details what is needed, but I couldn’t find it, so apologies if I have missed it. Thanks 😊

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the extension of their non-immigrant O visa as a trailing spouse to align with their husband's NON-O-A visa. They want to know if they can apply for this extension now or if they need to wait until closer to their husband's entry stamp expiration in January. They are also seeking information on required documents for the visa extension process at Phuket Town immigration.

you can apply for a year extension that matches your husbands entry stamp when you have 30 days or less left on that stamp (So any time after Dec 7th I'd guess)

You need to go with your husband to the phuket main office and get the hand out listing the requirements needed for you to get a trailing spouse extension. Each office has slightly different requirements SO anyone posting what they did at an office that isn't the Phuket one is not gonna be what you need to follow.

This is from the Phuket Immigration Volunteer site (granted it is vague which is why I said GO there with your husband and your documentation to see if what you have is enough or not)
