Interesting fact, I will enter Thailand in October with a 90-day visa, at the expiration date I will go to Cambodia for 15 days, so when I return to Thailand I should have a month again, right?. my question is at the end of the month could I go to immigration and have another month?

Interesting fact if you enter with non O visa 90 days, you already asked in other post about the annual extension, so why not get that then the multiple entry and you can come and go as much as you like.

Why don’t you go to Cambodia before the 90 days & come back Before the 90 days end & get more time

I guess you mean you will enter with a 60 day tourist visa which you can extend for an additional 30 days at an immigration office inside Thailand? That being the case you should be able to travel to a nearby country and later return to Thailand without a visa. We currently don't know if on your return you will get 60 or 30 days, but either can be extended by 30 days
