Is it possible at the current moment to switch from a Non-B work visa to a marriage visa from inside of the country? I have a work permit and work in BKK.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, it is possible to switch from a Non-B work visa to a marriage visa while in Thailand, but it depends on your current visa status. If you are on a yearly extension of stay based on employment, you can cancel it and apply for a yearly extension based on marriage, provided you meet the necessary requirements.

(y) First off, being on a yearly extension of stay means you're not on ANY visa. You're on an extension <- which is NOT a visa :O

BUT it also means you could cancel your extension based on employment and immediately apply for a new yearly extension based on marriage providing you meet the requirements

That's great information. I would cancel and apply on the same day at immigration?

you need to get a letter from your employer stating it's okay to cancel your extension based on employment and get one based on marriage. THEN you would go to the immigration office cancel that extension and immediately apply for the marriage extension by submitting the required documents and meeting the proof of funds, (400K baht in a thai bank account in your name only for 2 months before you apply) OR documents from the tax/revenue dept and from your employer you make more than 40K baht a month at your job.

GO to the immigration office with your thai wife an talk to them about changing the reason, get the hand out they provide that lists everything you need, compile that stuff THEN go do it

The real question IS

Are you on a year-long, multi-entry Non-B VISA <- that you got from a thai consulate in another country and where you are supposed to bounce out and back in every 90 days to get a new 90 day stamp

OR

Are you on a year-long, extension of stay based on employment <- that you got from the immigration office (where you do 90 day reporting)?
