Currently in Thailand and I have a 1 year Non B Visa and Work Permit valid until Feb 2021, issued in Feb. I only get stamped 3 months at a time, when I do my required border run and my last border run was suppose to be in May. Since the borders were and still are closed, how do I go about extending it for the next 3 months without the possibility of a border run?

If say the Malaysian border do open before 26 Sept, is my current work visa still valid or would I need to reapply for a new visa before 26 Sept so I can re-enter Thailand?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has a 1-year Non B Visa and Work Permit valid until February 2021. Due to closed borders affecting their ability to do a required border run, they seek guidance on extending their visa for another three months without leaving the country. Comments suggest applying for a one-year Extension of Stay based on employment at Immigration before the visa expiration and highlight the need to meet financial requirements due to the current situation.

With borders closed...your only option is meeting due financial requirements for the one year extension of stay.

Contact your local immigration office and your business accountant for the current list of requirements.

You have to apply at Immigration for the 1 year Extension of Stay based on employment before 26 Sep 2020,

I have the work permit and the 2nd entry on my visa already, but only receive 90days on arrival each time for the pending year that's been granted

That is correct, with a visa you get 90 days of stay and before these 90 days ends, you apply for a 1 year Extension of Stay at your local Immigration Office
