I’m on a non imm O visa. If I left Thailand for 6 months with a re-entry permit would I still have to show proof of my monthly deposit while out of the country?

TLDR : Answer Summary
While on a non-immigrant O visa, if you leave Thailand for 6 months with a re-entry permit, you still need to show proof of your monthly deposit to meet visa extension requirements. This obligation persists regardless of your absence from the country.

To meet visa, then extension, requirements. Yes.

Why would you think you do not have to meet visa requirements? That's strange.

Yes if you want another extension (which you have) otherwise you start again with a new Non-O (which you don't currently have).

Of course.

Yes, fund requirements for extensions don't disappear just because you're out of the country.
