As stated on an earlier post I made before:

"Australian Passport

Non-b Teaching: Expiry 31st May

Situation:

My current school wants to cancel my work permit and visa on March 30th. Am I able to get some type of 30 day exstension if they cancel my non b?

I could easily walk into a new job on May 1st."

I have now acquired a Visa Support Letter from the Embassy. Just getting my documents together for (Emergency)TM.7 Application on Monday.

My questions are:

Will my Non-B Exstension of stay a NON-B effectivley turn into a TR exstenstion of application is successful? Or will it just be an extra added period onto my current Non-B?

If my Non-B is cancelled or void, do I go to CW? for the extension of stay application, do I go to CW or the newly set up place?

Sorry if this post is all over the place Robert and Tod. Just trying to get your clarification. Thanks again.

@Robert ******
sorry to bother you mate. My employer will come with me to cancel Non-b obviously I will apply for exstension. Will I be able to apply for this exstension at CW?

No idea, you need to go to CW to cancel, so first stop is there,

Your Extension of Stay will be cancelled as you do not have a job anymore. With the letter for your Embassy you apply for a new Extension of Stay and this will go under consideration for an xx amount of days to give you time to leave the country.

I guess you have a big stamp from Immigration with the text in line 2 Extension of Stay is permitted up to 30 March 2020

First I hope we can keep this open for answers in stead of people loving to go into discussion about not Thai visa topics.
