Hello! thanks for adding me on the group.

I'm brazilian and currently on a non b visa that ends on may, 2nd. im writing to get advice about the extension, all i see is about tourist visa, is it different in my case?

I tried to contact the embassy but every time they say something different and never clarify my questions.

Thank you all in advance!

Answer summary

A Brazilian individual is seeking advice on extending their Non-B visa, which expires on May 2nd. They mention difficulties in obtaining clear information from the embassy and inquire about the extension process specific to their situation. Community comments suggest that an extension is possible based on employment and advise them to consult their employer for necessary documentation.

Go to your employer, ask him to prepare the documents needed to apply for the 1 year Extension of Stay based on working in Thailand.

You have to apply before 2 May 2020, do not wait until the last day, just in case you miss a document.

You can get an extension of stay based on employment. Are you currently working?
