TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual seeks advice on extending their A-O multiple visa while relocating to a new house, where the landlord is elderly and unable to assist with paperwork. They are considering signing documents with a copy of the house book, ID card, and rental agreement to report to immigration. Some comments suggest contacting the local immigration office for guidance.

And the list of excuses keeps on growing. They are not to old to maintain a house, make rental contracts, collect the rent but to old to sign a document to report at Immigration.

Contact your local Immigration office and ask them how to deal with it.
