Hello there,

This is immigration pattaya jomtien.

I got a huge problem.

House owner is in bangkok and cannot go with me to immigration as asked in 7.2.4.

My house number does not match house number in contract as this house is built new and 1 day later i went inside so he used house number of his other house.

Reported 90 days was done with the number from his other house.

I do not have pictures of me inside the house as it is not my house i live in but from outside with the correct number visisble.

Agency refuses to go with me to immigration also as scared of covid-19.

So now i do not have agency or owner go immigration with me, nor picture inside the house.

What can i do?

I got picture of gps of the other house but it is not matching the moo or village name either.

Add: this is for covid19 extension and i got embassy letter.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing issues with their immigration status because the house number on their rental contract does not match their actual residence, and they are unable to have the house owner accompany them to the immigration office. They suggest alternatives such as registering the actual living address at immigration or temporarily moving to a hotel to obtain a proper TM30 registration. The discussion highlights the importance of having accurate documentation and the legal requirement to register within 24 hours after arrival.

And we can talk weeks about it. The law is made in 1975 and discussed on this page over and over again.

a Foreigner has to be registered at the address within 24 hours after arrival. Yes I know and understand all the excuses made in the last 1,5 year, the best ones where:

The house I rent does not have an owner.

The house I rend does not have an address

The owner of this place resides on the moon.

Please, it is a simple rule and when it is not done or you got picked out because you are showing documents from other properties, it is you or your landlord who have to make this right. The person behind the desk is just trying to do her/his job.

Good luck.

Wow.. you have to bring the owner now. That's just great.

not if you read all requirements, but if you are not registered at an address and the owner does not like or want you to be registered you have to bring him/her to Immigration so he can explain his reasons for his actions.

I didnt get water or eletric bill yet. It is my first month in this house.

Tm 30 card address is from the other house, not where i am living in.

yep, you have a contract for living in street nummer 10 and you live in a house in street nummer 6. Which does not match, so papers are not approved.

would booking a hotel room for a few days - they will register you with their TM30 - solve the problem ??? You could then change to your actual adress later, pay the fine for late registering TM30, but still be good for now?

many MANY people in Pattaya have done that to get around the punitive and inane requirements to show where you stay (y)

Need those

You can register the address where you actually are living at Immigration or move to the address which is registered as the place where you are living at Immigration.
