Hello,

I arrived in May with a 3 Months non Immigration Visa because of underage Thai Childrens, single entry. After I arrived in Thailand I opened a Bank Account and put the 400k inside. To Which Immigration in Bangkok I have to go and what documents and other things are necessary to extend the visa to a 12 Months non immigration O (Family)?

My Landlord registered me already on my address.

How many Days or weeks before my 3 months Visa expire can I apply for the 12 months ?

I also would like to get the certificate of residence in the next week to make my Thai driver license, is it possible to get this certificate without made a first 90 day report ?

If Yes which documents are neccesary and to which Immigration in Bangkok I need to go ? Do I need an appointment ? Any other suggestions ?

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking information on extending their 3-month Non-Immigrant O Visa in Thailand to a 12-month visa based on their Thai child. They need to know which Immigration office to visit in Bangkok, the required documents, and when is the appropriate time to apply for the extension. Additionally, they inquired about obtaining a certificate of residence without a prior 90-day report. Answers indicate that the Chaengwattana Immigration office is the correct location for the extension and that an appointment can be made online. A residence certificate cannot be obtained until a 90-day report has been submitted.

Thanks you very much.

You cannot apply for a residence certificate until you submit at least one 90 days report to Bangkok Immigration Office. You need to wait or get one from your embassy if they issue one.

But unfortunately, the detail about the residence certificate is out of the scope of this group.

You are going to go to Chaengwattana Immigration office, Government Complex Building B.

You will go here.

And you can book online

In Bangkok, they accept an extension application when your stamp is 45 days or less.

This is general information of 1-year extension based on raising a half-Thai child. But you NEED to go to CW to get the latest requirements before you apply.
