I have a visa for 60 days. Can it be extended to 30 more days at all immigration offices in Thailand?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A 60-day visa can be extended for an additional 30 days, but it must be done at the immigration office where you are registered (TM30 address). In Bangkok, the extension should be processed at the Chaengwattana Immigration office, not at temporary offices like IT Square Laksi Plaza.

As stated above you go to where your TM30 is registered but in Bangkok, as you are on a Tourist Visa not a Visa Exempt entry stamp, you would go to Chaengwattana Immigration office, Government Complex Building B. Do not go to IT Square Laksi Plaza temporary office.
