TLDR : Answer Summary
A Danish individual married to a Thai national is currently in Thailand on a 60-day tourist visa and needs a 14-day extension. It's important to note that while there is no 14-day extension available, he can apply for a 30-day extension at a local immigration office, assuming he entered on a single-entry tourist visa. If he has already used the 30-day extension, he can instead apply for a 60-day 'visit Thai family' extension or a 60-day Covid extension, both of which are available once and will cover his required time.

Is he married to a Thai National, or married to THIS!!!!
Did he enter Thailand with Single Entry Tourist Visa that he paid visa fee in his country before he flew in and he was stamped for 60days upon entering Thailand? If so, he can go to the local immigration office to apply for a 30days tourism extension without any problem.
Or if he is on 60days so-called Covid extension or another, on what type of visa/visa-exempt he entered Thailand originally?
nope there is no such thing as a 14 day extension ๐
IF he showed up here on a 60 day tourist visa he can apply for a 30 day extension ONCE, OR if he already got that he could apply for a 60 day visit thai family extension ONCE, or he could apply for a 60 day covid extension
They all cost the same, so tell him to go to the immigration office and get one of those extensions to cover the time he needs
