I am here on a 60 day tourist visa. I want to extend this with preferably a Covid extension of 60 days. Am I possible to do that even if I didn't get the 30days Tourist extension first?

For the 30 days extension or 60 days Covid extension should I go to MTT immigration office?

Most immigration offices (bangkok included) will make new arrivals on 60 day tourist visa or 45 day visa exempt stamps get the regular 30 day extension before you can apply for any other type. All you can do is ask
