TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has a 2-month tourist visa expiring in early February and is considering options to extend their stay in Thailand for an additional 60-90 days. Advice from a community member highlights that the possibility of extending depends on the office you visit, with some requiring a 30-day extension first while others might allow a direct application for the Covid extension.

It depends on the office you use. Many will insist you get the 30 day extension first. Some may let you apply for the Covid extension.

if you’re getting the “regular” 30 day extension then they’ll add it on to your existing stamp. Most offices will date your first covid extension from the date you apply.
