Advice plz. ( SETV)

I am from Bhutan. I have already done 2 times border runs to Vientiane this year (2017). So far I haven't got any warnings on my passport ( except one day overstay seal at local immigration in Bangkok, which I forgot) although I did several times border runs to Vientiane and Savanakhet. I would like to still extend my stay in Thailand for few more months.

What would be my options? Plz. advice your experience and ideas. Thank you in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, a Bhutanese citizen, is seeking advice on extending their stay in Thailand after having completed two border runs to Vientiane without receiving any warnings on their passport aside from a one-day overstay. The comments indicate that the user can apply for another single-entry tourist visa at the Thai consulate in Vientiane, given the absence of a warning stamp in their passport. Other commenters also share their experiences and inquiries regarding the visa application process in Vientiane.

I think what you're saying is you went on a "visa-run" to a thai consulate in Lao an BOUGHT a tourist visa for thailand right? ;)

Unless people from Bhutan have a VISA in their passport when they show up here they only can BUY a visa-on-arrival for 15 days when they enter.

As long as you don't have the warning stamp in your passport you can certainly go to Vientiane and apply for another single entry tourist visa without a problem.

You need to do the following :

1. Get to border bridge and get visa to enter Laos. ( costs you 1300 baht )

2. Then catch a tuk tuk or taxi ( 100 baht if you can negotiate) to get to Vientiane consulate.

3. Collect a free application form at the consulate, fill it along with copies of your passport containg pages: passport front page, visa to Laos, departure card.

4. Then submit your filled application with 2 passport sized photos ( with white background)

5. Get into the queue and submit it, then they will give you a queue number.

6. Take that queue number to collect your visa Friday afternoon and pay them 1000 THB ( some countries, SETV are free) ( 1pm to 4 pm) and return back to Thailand .

So far quit simple,
