ORIGINAL POSTER
Jomtien non-O retirement extension of stay.

Asking for a friend.

Friend is on non-O retirement (issued in Jomtien, for over 50), expires in the first week of July 2026.

Friend is not in Pattaya at the moment.

How far in advance can he do the extension?

Friend assumes 30 days when he does it himself but also it seems via visa agency can do 3 month in advance.

Anyone has up to date info on this?

Thanks in advance ๐Ÿ™

If you do it yourself, it takes 45 days.

But some people use agents and can book 2-3 months in advance.
