I’m on a Non-O visa 1 year multiple with entry till 23 Nov. My visa expired last month and I got a single re-entry permit last month when I left the country after my visa expired. Is it possible to get a second re-entry permit for my current 90 day pass?

TLDR: is it possible to get 2 re-entry permits within a 90 entry?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can obtain a second re-entry permit as long as you return to Thailand before the date stamped in your passport indicating your allowed stay.

Yes, you can. As long as you come back before your Admitted until date stamped in your passport you can buy and use re-entry permits.
