Can I apply for the Thailand DTV visa while living in Spain under Estonia's e-Residency for freelancing?

Good day to you all. I plan to apply for the DTV and can register in Spain, where I currently live as a self-employed worker but there is also the option of the e-Residency from Estonia. That enables me to work like that as well. Does anybody have experience applying for the DTV while using Estonia`s e-Residency as a freelancer? The main reason to choose Estonia would be financial, freelancers pay a hefty fee here in Spain on top of your taxes. Thanks!

Can you just change like that? If your clients are in Spain, and especially if they pay you in Spain are you not liable for Spanish tax?
