I am on an Extension of stay based on a Non Immigrant O Visa (marriage) that I did in Huahin immigration office last year.
My stamp is valid until 07 of July.
At the huahin immigration, they told me that I can apply for a new extension of stay from 1 month before the expiration date. (07 June)
I plan to leave Thailand in May and come back in September or October, and I don't want to leave without any visa.
Is it possible to renew my extension of stay before the date imposed by the immigration?
At HuaHin immigration, as friendly and helping as usual, when I asked them, their simple answer was: "You can't, good luck"
Is it possible do so it in another immigration?
Thanks and have a nice day.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently in Thailand on a Non Immigrant O Visa extension based on marriage, valid until July 7. They are seeking advice on whether they can renew this extension before the one-month prior application window (June 7) as they plan to leave in May and return later in the year. The Hua Hin immigration office stated they cannot renew earlier, and the user wonders if another immigration office might allow this. Comments suggest that without a confirmed return ticket, it's unlikely immigration will grant a waiver for the one-month rule.
IF you had your ticket out and back showing them that you'll be outta the country when it runs out. The immigration office CAN decide to waive the 30 days or less rule if they decide they want to.
BUT with the travel plans you outlined, I'd say nope, they're not gonna budge a bit.
You PLAN to leave <- did you buy a ticket yet showing them that you will leave the country before your current extension expires and you won't return after it runs out?
No I did not take any plane ticket yet, and I won't travel with return tickets but only one way tickets that I will take only a week before to leave due to the situation.
Then I would say you're not gonna get them to bend the rule at all. :/ AND you're gonna need to buy a new 90 day Non-O visa based on marriage from a thai consulate where ever it is you're going to
