My non-o visa, which is based on marriage to a Thai citizen, is expiring in January and my first annual extension is due. Does anyone know if it's possible to start the process 45 days in advance in Bangkok?
Thanks a lot!

Yes, Bangkok accepts your 1-year extension application 45 days before the "permitted to stay until" date on your current extension. Go to Chaengwattana to get the LATEST handout for your extension before starting preparation. Here is general information for that extension, but you definitely need the CW-specific one.
