Question: has anyone visiting on a 90 day Non-immigration Category O marriage visa been able to get a 90 day extension to their visa?

No such thing. If have a 90 day non O visa based on marriage can get a 12 month extension to that visa cannot get another 90 day visa or extension

There is no 90 day extension available for the Non O visa you have as Married to Thai.

You do have the option of a one year extension of stay as Married to Thai.

Meet its requirements as the extension is granted.

There is a family visit extension of 60 days. Apply with your Thai spouse at your local Thai immigration office. Its only available one time per entry into Thailand.
