TLDR : Answer Summary
Individuals holding a 90 day Non-immigration Category O marriage visa are not eligible for a 90 day extension. However, they can apply for a one-year extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai citizen, provided they meet the necessary requirements. Alternatively, there is a family visit extension available for 60 days, but this can only be applied for once per entry into Thailand and must be done in coordination with their Thai spouse.

There is no 90 day extension available for the Non O visa you have as Married to Thai.
You do have the option of a one year extension of stay as Married to Thai.
Meet its requirements as the extension is granted.
There is a family visit extension of 60 days. Apply with your Thai spouse at your local Thai immigration office. Its only available one time per entry into Thailand.
