Hello. I just want to ask whether I can apply Non O VISA for my mother on the basis of my work permit. I currently have Non O visa  because my husband is Thai which made it easier for my company  to apply for my work permit. 

Now my mother is here and I want her to stay with us longer.

On the basis of your work permit NO.

On the basis that you have a yearly extension of stay based on marriage to a thai perhaps. There is a clause that allows parents of people on long term extensions to get Non-O visas and extensions of stays BUT the parent has to be over 50.

, I would say go out to the immigration office with your mother and get the hand out that covers the requirements for that extension

have her apply for her own Non-O visa and extension based on being over 50 (retirement) by meeting the financial requirements.
