When should I apply for a yearly visa extension based on marriage to a Thai spouse in Thailand?
I'm due to renew my yearly visa based on being married to a Thai here in Thailand. Do I need to apply for another yearly extension 1 month before my current one runs out (26th November)? Thanks

the SOONEST you can apply is when you have 30 days or less left on it (so Oct 27th is the soonest you can do it) but you can wait and apply right down to the day your current extension runs out (although that's not recommended).
