Hi all. I have a question about visa. I am married to a thai,so when i come back again to Thailand i will like to make a non o visa based on married to a thai,is it correct i can do that in thailand? And is it correct understanding that i only need the 400.000 bath in a thai account 2 months before i want to do the 1 year extension and not to make the non o visa. Thanks
TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is inquiring about the Non-O visa application process as they are married to a Thai national. They want to confirm if it is correct that they can apply for the Non-O visa in Thailand and if they only need to maintain 400,000 baht in a Thai bank account two months prior to their one-year extension, rather than at the time of applying for the Non-O visa.
