TLDR : Answer Summary
A TR 60 single entry visa can usually be applied for online, though this is dependent on your nationality and location. It's essential to check the Thai Embassy/Consulate's website for specific details on application methods. The TR 60 visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issue for entry into Thailand, granting a stay of 60 days. Most nationalities can extend this stay for an additional 30 days.

It depends on what country you are in and what nationality if you can apply online or you have to go to the Thai Embassy/Consulate in person to apply for a visa.

Check the website of the Thai Embassy/Consulate in the country where you are now for detail. You can also check here about eligibility if you can use eVisa online application system or not. (A few embassies have their own online application system other than this)
