I would like to ask any advice if possible can extend another 60 days extension after 60 days staying in Thailand handling a TR VISA (Australian Passport holder), what are the things to do and pre-requirements?
Thank you so much! 🤗

TLDR : Answer Summary
An Australian passport holder can extend a TR visa for an additional 30 days; however, depending on the location and current COVID regulations, it may be necessary to first obtain the initial 30-day extension. In some cases, an additional 60-day extension may be granted if unable to travel due to COVID-19 restrictions. Always check with local immigration authorities for the latest updates and requirements.
What I can understand is that this last 60 days extension we have been applying since September, keeps going till May.
IMO I find they have copycat what Indonesia/ Vietnam/Taiwan did (you can stay until this is over) after realising pushing out tourists was not a good idea.
As Michael said you will most likely have to get your 30 day extension first. But depending on where you are located they may give you the 60 day unable to travel due to covid extension first.
I know I’m bangkok they are not giving them unless you’ve already done your 30 day extension
You have to do the standard way first which was the way pre covid. The 60 day extensions they are giving now are unable to fly because of covid. You are only able to get these when visa has expired. After your 60 days plus 30 from TR visa if they are still issuing the 60 day covid extension you can get this.
