TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, it is possible to obtain a 60-day family visit extension with a single-entry TR visa in Thailand. However, it is advisable to check with the local immigration office for specific policies and document requirements as these may vary by location.

Basically, Yes, you can. But better check the policy of the local immigration office for that, along with their requirements.

This is general information for 60 days family visit extension. Your local office might have a slightly different list.
