Hi! Are the Samut Prakan 1-year marriage extension requirements any different from the Bangkok ones?
400k 2 months prior. Photos. Ko ror 2. Rental contract + id/house book from landlord. TM30. 90-day report. Bunch of copies and so on.
Might move to Samut Prakan and just want to be cautious of the different requirements, if there’s any.
Thanks. 🙂
TLDR : Answer Summary
The requirements for a 1-year marriage extension in Samut Prakan may differ slightly from those in Bangkok, particularly in terms of the number of document copies needed and the possibility of a house visit. It's advised to contact the local immigration office directly for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
