Does anyone know what forms I need for my 90 days report. and can I do it on the 89th day or has to be on the 90th day. thanks
Answer summary
To complete your 90-day report in Thailand, you need to provide your passport and a TM30 form. The first report must be done in person, and you can submit it from 14 days before to 7 days after your due date, meaning you can do it on the 89th day if necessary. Subsequent reports may be done online if you've completed your first in-person report.

Immigration told me that all DTV checks must be done in person . That explains why my 90 day check in’s keep rejecting.

TM30 & passport was all that they looked at.

Technically not every one because of you did the first one early, say day 85 for example, your next report would be due day 175 (85+90) which is before your 180 days permitted to stay stamp. This second report can be done online. The lesson here is don't go before day 90 if you intend staying the full 180 days.

, everybody has to do their first 90-day report in person before they can revert to online. Every time you leave the country and come back, it resets the 90-day period, and it must be done in person again. All visa holders have to do a 90-day report, except LTR holders, who are exempt.
