Got all my stuff. Tm30 visa bank account. Went 2 immigration noticed I needed pi tures went downstairs had pictures taken. There was a lady there with passports and bank books there filling out tm7s. She said she could do mine even though my 800k was only in for a couple days. What's up with that? Should I wait or pay her 27k baht to expedite?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on whether to pay a fee to expedite their visa application after meeting an unofficial agent at the immigration office. They mention having the necessary bank funds, but only for a short duration, raising questions about compliance with immigration rules. Several commenters warn against using outside services that may be operating outside legal boundaries and suggest completing the application process independently to avoid risks and save money.

Why not just follow the rules. Not that hard and carries zero risk.

It's not a good start is it. Circumventing the basic rules of immigration.

The lady offering her service for you to essentially break the law is the reason why everyone else is coming under so much scrutiny.

Stay legal, stay safe. They don't need more reasons to deny your stay in the land of smiles.

If I’m reading this correctly, in order to renew your retirement visa, you’ve been offered by some agent/expediter to pay ~$800 USD to overlook the seasoning requirement otherwise you will have to go back to a tourist visa and potentially risk having your bank account frozen?

and 10 days left to apply for the extension is enough time. Have you asked Immigration for the list of requirements, yet? So you can prepare everything before you visit the bank for their "bank letter of guarantee" confirming the 2 months seasoning, and the subsequent visit on Immigration

Thank you everyone. As soon as my 60 days are up. I will try it myself. It only gives me 10 days to work with. I hope that's enough. I heard use blue ink, so I will

Plenty of time, just take it slowly, talk to immigration if need be they are there to help and most of them will, it's a walk in the park.

I asked the IO officer, why blue ink? IO stated that if it’s blue, it’s not a copy.

Copy! I have a color printer.

You can detect a color printer signature by running your finger over it and it has no pen indent. FYI.
