 it's was in euro yes, they tell me it's better if it's a thai bank directly, finally I don't do it because no time to get the bank letter and my document certified by foreign affair. Better to do online I think ^^

 Yes bad in Vientiane ^^ They wanted my proof of freelance to be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in France, and a letter from my bank to confirm that my bank statement is real ^^
