I had a compressed in neck due to a disc rupture, it is hell to live with and nothing will fix it only surgery. I had surgery on the Gold Coast Australia by a Nero surgeon, with in 3 months I was completely pain free, best thing I ever done, would do it tomorrow again in a heart beat.
