Persevere Paul. My girlfriend was denied a visa twice on spurious grounds. On the third application, I pointed out all the errors and subjective judgements that had been made on the previous two and stated that if the 3rd application was refused for anything other than fair and proveable grounds, I would involve my MP and take legal action. She was granted a visa and is currently staying with me for a 2nd time and has a 2 year multiple entry visa. Do try again and good luck!
